This plan is an overview of Dynamic Digital Marketing’s approach to customer acquisition,conversion and retention.It is a blueprint to changing potential customers into satisfied customers.
Awareness
The goal for this initial phase is to make customers aware of DDM’s presence, services and ability to address needs. The target audience will be contractors, entrepreneurs and small businesses that need to develop a digital presence.SEO optimization,social media marketing and content marketing strategies will be implemented to increase awareness. Quality content engages customers and keeps them on your website,increasing the chances of them passing into the Consideration phase.
Consideration
Consideration:Once we have the potential customer’s attention. We will use email marketing to further inform the potential customer. We will explicitly express our value proposition to the customer. This may include coupons or helpful hints for product usage, invitations to related niche groups.Creating a pleasant customer experience is vital at this touchpoint with the customer as all previous effort lead to this point, converting a potential customer into a satisfied customer.Information must be accessible and available in a timely manner. All links must be operable. Transactions must be user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Customer satisfaction is paramount!
Purchase
After building a relationship with the customer hopefully we have built enough confidence and trust with the customer to convince them to purchase our service! At this point, we are to show our appreciation and gratitude towards the customer, follow-up correspondence will be sent to the new customer thanking them for their patronage and a survey asking for feedback to improve our processes.
Actions
After the Purchase has been made, retention strategies begin.Through information gathered during the Purchase process the customer will be added to the email listing. New product offers, related products offers will be sent to the customer periodically in efforts to increase brand awareness and reintroduce to the funnel.CRMZ strategies will be implemented to develop an ongoing relationship with the customer.
